**Materials Lead – Reedsville, PA** As the Materials Lead you will be responsible for the accurate execution of warehouse activities, reporting on key metrics and continuous improvement of those metrics. **Your role:** + Reporting on performance of warehousing activities on agreed upon timeframe + Supporting the team with complex issues/act as the go-to for the team + Providing directions to the team as to what work priorities they are responsible for + This role will have a significant impact on the smooth operation of the facility with timely material movements and quick issue resolution **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and working as a team lead + Your skills include… leadership experience and knowledge of SAP preferred + You have a high school diploma; associates degree preferred + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
