What you’ll do + Coordinate activities within Materials organization to provide manufacturing with materials. + Act as a pivot between Materials specialist, Suppliers and Global sourcing to solve day to day materials issues. Work with Manufacturing, Sourcing, SQLE, R&D, Suppliers to generate continues improvement ideas and implement those ideas that lead to bottom line results. + Establish and develop positive Supplier relationships with key suppliers + Represent Materials in NPIs, Open projects and transfers. Who you are + Bachelors Degree and 4 years experience in operations management OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years applicable operations experience + Be a dynamic and strong leader, capable of driving change, efficiencies and improvements across different functional boundaries. + Experience of day to day work in ERP system + Demonstrated ability to influence across large and multi-geographic organizations – experience of operating and leading in a global role + English and Swedish as working language both written and oral + Valid Swedish Work Permit Does this sound interesting?
