Title: Materials Management Assistant

Reports to: Materials Manager

The primary function of the Material Management Specialist is executing SAP production confirmations and supporting the Materials Manager, Inbound Logistics Coordinator, and Inventory Analyst with inventory management and inbound scheduling.
Your role will be:
Verify, balance, and confirm into SAP finished production dailyManage communication with the production team regarding inventory usage and finished productsProcess inventory moves from Americold to the facilityKeep Inventory Analyst advised of spoilage, spills, inventory discrepanciesHelp in research of inconsistencies in inventory and production reportsAssist with daily inventory delivery tickets from cold storage vendorsComplete necessary inventory adjustments/correctionsReconcile tickets to invoices for accuracy, scan documents and any additional documentationScan documentation and prepare compliance documentationAssist with month-end closingSupport the Demand Planner as neededBack up Inventory Analyst, Inbound Logistics, and Material Manager when neededYour profile needs these qualifications:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required3 to 6 months related experience a plusAbility to write professional correspondenceAbility to apply concepts of introductory algebraProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend EnglishRequired behaviors and skills:

$50,000.00-$66,666.67 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
