We are looking for a new colleague in the Materials Managment department at our location in Lommel/Antwerp (Belgium).

What you can look forward to as Materials Management Employee (m/f/d): 

Books carriers for land, air, sea shipments (inbound and outbound) via forwarders transport booking systems or other communication means. Follows up on correct delivery of the shipment Applies corporate transportation rules and freight tender rules concerning nominated forwarders when arranging transport Prepares all required documents for the shipments being packing list, customs documents, CMR, in various systems and in collaboration with different parties (These output types are created in ZF SAP, Microsoft Office, customer ERP system, customs portals, web driven transport portals) Prepares and sends invoice documents Proactively solves logistical issues with colleagues (OPC, service & service on-site & other internal requestors) to ensure on time deliveries Executes and sends out intrastat reporting, special freight reporting and gelangensbestätigung report

 

Your profile as Materials Management Employee (m/f/d):

Minimum requirement is a high school certificate (diploma secundair onderwijs) Years of relevant experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistical environment. International environment is desired  Fluent NL and knowledge of EN language (most external communication is in English) Basic office skills (outlook, Excel, Word, Teams/Skype) Knowledge of logistical & customs processes Basic computer hardware and software awareness (SAP, Internet explorer, …)
