As a Materials Planning Manager, you will lead a team of Materials\nPlanners across the Site/Network for your assigned business or channel. You\nwill support your SBG Dir/Snr Dir of Materials/Production/Supply Planning to\nexecute the vision and goals for your Raw Materials Planning function and\nmanage the people and processes to achieve this.

You will partner with the SBG / CORP COE and SME's to deploy the\nHoneywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption of\nRapidResponse planning tools across your network.

You will manage a team of Raw Materials Planners and the Raw Materials\nPlanning process cycle for your network of sites. You will ensure raw materials\nreplenishment plans align to the network Supply & Production Plans and\nachieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within\nthe business goals. You will ensure the network Materials Requirements Plans\n(MRP) will satisfy the network Constrained Master Production Schedules (MPS).\nYou will work with the master data teams to ensure all BOM and master data in\nthe ERP system is correct and up to date. You will own the plan for every part\n(PFEP) analysis and will ensure the correct stock entitlement is reflected in\nthe systems and adhered to. You will partner with the Production Planning and\nBuying leaders to ensure materials are delivered to the sites/network on time\nwhilst achieving the ISC goals of cost control and working capital targets.

You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions\nto ensure the network raw materials replenishment strategy delivers on the\nproduct portfolio vitality goals. You will partner with the production planning\nand buying leaders to create and execute your site/network materials\nreplenishment plans. You will attend monthly SIOP Supply Review meetings at the\nsite/network level to approve the site/network material replenishment plans and\nto present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Business\nleadership in the Supply & Reconciliation meetings. You will demonstrate\nhow the site/network Production plans satisfy the site/network supply plans.

You\nwill lead the development of your team to increase their skills and capability\nin readiness for internal progression and succession.

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in a related operations management or supply chain\n management or equivalent Min 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.   SAP knowledge and useSIOP KnowledgeWE VALUESix Sigma\n Lean Expert Proficient\n in Microsoft applications. Strong\n organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize,\n and delegate. Ability\n to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
