Materials Manager

In this Role, your responsibilities will Be:

Ensure proper production planning based on customer orders and plant capacity. Ensure raw material availability to meet production requirements.  Preserve the profitability of the business by maintaining control of raw material and material purchases; that they are within budget and meet quality specifications. Ensure the control, administration and correct storage of raw material and materials to avoid waste and unnecessary expenses. Participate in meetings with plant counterparts to adjust and communicate operation, plans and budgets. Maintain control of incoming and outgoing raw materials, materials and products from the plant. Ensure that orders are filled in quantity and on time according to the commitments made with customers. Follow up the indicators of the areas in charge in order to detect findings and solve them. Ensure the necessary technological support for the good performance of the areas in charge and therefore, of their results. Ensure the correct use of PPE by the personnel in charge and promote safe operation. Exercise and promote the 5's+1 and participate in improvement projects. Know and ensure that the personnel under his charge knows and understands the Quality Policy of the Company.

For this role, You Will Need

Required: Production Scheduling and Control, Lean Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, ISO 9001 in its current version and Kanban. Desirable: Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) Must, CPIM (Apics Certification) Must, ATP (Avaliable to Promise) Preferred, ATP (Avaliable to Promise) Preferred
