Job Overview

Join Komatsu's dynamic team as a Materials Manager at Komatsu! We are seeking a dedicated profession to be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and managing customer fulfillment technicians. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and meeting customer demands. You will lead a team dedicated to optimizing warehouse processes, enhancing productivity, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.  We offer the following:

Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control procedures are followed. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures. Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
