As a\nMaterial Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing\nand optimizing the material planning and inventory control processes. You will\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of\nmaterials, minimize inventory holding costs, and support production schedules.\nYour expertise in material analysis and planning will contribute to the overall\nsuccess of our operations. You will report directly to our Materials Manager\nand you'll work out of our City, State location on a hybrid work schedule. In\nthis role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain\nby ensuring accurate material planning, optimizing inventory levels, and\nimplementing continuous improvement initiatives. KEY\nRESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze material requirements based on production schedules\nand customer demand.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to\nensure timely availability of materials.
• Optimize inventory levels to\nminimize holding costs while ensuring uninterrupted production.
• Conduct\nregular material audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy and identify\ndiscrepancies.
• Implement and maintain material planning systems and tools.
•\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance material planning and\ninventory control.
YOU MUST HAVE
• 2+ years\nof experience in material planning, inventory control on electronics field.
•\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in material planning\nsoftware and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience in Material\nPlanning, expediting raw material, new production introduction, material\nreview.
