Supports and influences strategic direction through executing integration between procurement, materials management, marketing, and other business functions. Responsible for inventories, replenishment strategies, order quantities, lead times, obsolescence and supporting new product introductions and product renovations. + Collaborates with category managers, suppliers and internal customers to execute the inbound supply chain (including Supplier Managed Inventory). Develop processes and measures for ensuring continuous improvement for the established supply chain vision and goals. + Recommends and implements strategies for reducing or eliminating obsolete and slow-moving inventories.
