What are you looking for in a candidate?

BA/BS degree, typically graduate or equivalent with 2 years’ experience. Knowledge of desktop support / PC repair and hardware configuration a plus. Knowledge of Logistics and Hardware Distribution methodologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Good computer and technical skills; quick to learn new tools applicable to the role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong customer services skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. Exhibits strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.  Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 Ibs and perform other duties as assigned.
