Job Description:The candidate will utilize analytical & critical thinking skills in planning of multiple products through a complex manufacturing supply chain. The supply chain involves subcontractor foundries and assembly sites. The objectives are meeting customer satisfaction, production efficiencies, and inventory requirements. The candidate will be the primary interface with wafer foundries, lead-frame suppliers, assembly, test and warehouse sites. The candidate will also participate in new system prototyping, design, & implementation and analyze outputs from advanced planning system. He/she will be assigned responsibility for multi die product families and will participate in wafer purchases, assembly and test requirements.Responsibilities:Develop and recommend production plansSchedule customer ordersWork closely with factories to manage the supply of materialsParticipate in the design and implementation of advanced planning systemsSupply chain data analysis and reportingManage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production ordersImprovement to optimize process, improvement functionality and test coverageExperience:Minimum 5 years of equivalent business planning experienceBusiness Objects report writing experience highly desiredGood communication skills for working in cross-functional and international teamsHistory of operating successfully in a high-volume production environmentEducation/ Professional Knowledge:A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business AdministrationAPICS or similar certification desirableSemiconductor production/material control experience desiredExperience in requirements definition of supply chain systemsAdvance power user of Microsoft Excel, Power point, & projects requiredProficient in English and knowledge of other languages preferred
