Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated ‘system-thinker’ to join our team for an internship focused on establishing a 'model' system for signaling, ordering, and delivery of materials to our factory for assembly of best-in-class test and measurement equipment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in optimizing supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

Work on efforts to optimize supply chain operations. Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Build and maintain key relationships with the supply chain team and internal customers, focusing on customer success. Experience a day in the life of a supply chain professional.

Qualifications:

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study, graduating December 2025 or later.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to both large and small groups. Process-oriented with a curiosity about organizational change and continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets and formulas to work with large data sets and pivot tables. Resourceful and creative in overcoming obstacles and turning challenges into opportunities. A problem-solving mindset with a curiosity for finding innovative solutions.
