We’re looking for a Materials Planning Specialist (Temporary 6 months) to join our Supply Chain team for a temporary assignment. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely availability of raw and packaging materials across our LATAM plants, supporting service levels, cost efficiency, and inventory targets. Your Impact As a Materials Planning Specialist (Temporary 6 months), you will: Coordinate material plans and ensure timely execution for all LATAM plants. Work closely with procurement to identify sourcing solutions and support purchasing decisions. Collaborate with suppliers to align on delivery plans and resolve supply issues. Build and maintain daily and weekly material arrival schedules, adjusting routes when necessary. Align with warehouse leaders to secure material availability and meet service level commitments. Monitor and report key indicators such as OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory levels, and write-off reduction. Partner with master planners, schedulers, and other key supply chain stakeholders. Drive governance processes with planning and procurement teams to support short-term material needs. Analyze trade-offs to recommend optimal arrival plans balancing production, inventory, and service levels. Use planning tools and systems with discipline and accuracy. Track daily KPIs and take proactive actions to maintain or improve performance. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Fluent in English. 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, especially in Planning or Materials Management. Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced) Experience with SAP (required). Strategic and analytical mindset with a hands-on attitude. Strong communication and influencing skills. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
