This position is responsible for developing, communicating, deploying, and sustaining systematic processes in Supplier Quality that increase company profitability and increase customer satisfaction. Ensure proper deployment, continuous improvement, and integration of processes to assure Supplier Quality.

Highlights of your role

*Work with suppliers, engineering, and purchasing in participating in design/drawing reviews, validation of initial samples, and ensuring parts are approved before production releases and task are met and completed on time. *Analyze issues reported via customer feedback for supplier related issues. Work with the suppliers to discover root cause, conducting, and implementing any inspection needs in facility for issues reported. Work with the supplier on the implementation of corrective action. *PPAP approvals (new designs and revisions) *Review of Supplier nonconformances, quarantine of materials and issuances of MRRs. Removal of rejected material in ICIM in order to maintain inventory accuracy. *Tool Box review and sign offs. Daily interaction with SQA team and assist with problem resolution. *Sharepoint site knowledge *Implementation of document approvals within department (work procedures, forms, job aids)

*Knowledge and understanding of quality systems *Effective verbal and written communications/motiviational skills.

*Ability to work well with others in a positive, flexible, team structure. *Must be computer literate with common business software (Excel, Word, Access, AutoCAD, Ease Audits, etc.).
