Material Scheduler
The purpose of the job:
The employee is responsible for the procurement of raw materials for the production of a product group, the preparation of production plans and liaising with customers for that product group
Responsibilities:
contact and constructive communication with customers, suppliers and partner departments Procurement of raw materials for production Preparing production plans, accordingto customer requirements and our capacity Preparing priority lists for production Preparation and sharing of production plans with partner departments and monitoring of their fulfilment Managing customer requirements and orders Capacity planning based oncustomer’s short and long term forecasts Maintaining data in QAD system, recording orders Handling customer and supplier complaints Participation the operation of Kanbansystems Recording incoming and outgoing EKÁER obligatory shipments in the system Customs documentation Management of customer portals if required
Expectations:
University degree or appropriate relevant experience
3-5 years of Logistics experience
English language skills - daily use required
MS-Office skills
Excellent communication skills- ability to work independently and proactively
