Noblis MSD is looking for a Material Coordinator/Specialist to process the receipt and movement of material within CMPro and to facilitate flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules or the department supervisors’ priorities.
Duties include:
Input essential data on all materials handled into CMPro databaseResearch, match, and or request new Unique Material Master files to be built within CMPro to facilitate receipt of materialsConduct causative research to maintain data validity and inventory accuracy between warehouse physical locations and CMProOrganize and maintain warehouse and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling; maintain labeling system on each stock item; manually stock inventory shelving with stock items received or returnedArrange for materials to meet production schedules, and for repair and assembly of material and for transportation to various departmentsOperate indoor and heavy outdoor forklifts, and other necessary vehicles and equipment to properly handle materials being received, issued, and stocked as neededMove material between awaiting inspection and staging areas of warehouseUnderstand and comply with company and department processes, policies, and proceduresMay perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of computer terminal operation to properly account for issues, returns, and receipts of new material and associated work ordersWorking knowledge of inventory control practices; working knowledge of tools, supplies, and equipment associated in warehousing operationsConsiderable knowledge of equipment operating principals and proceduresConsiderable knowledge of hazards and safety precautions relating to equipment operation, loading and unloading of materialsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, customer, and vendorsExcellent Customer Service and Communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeProficient with Data EntrySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently is a mustKnowledge of documenting and tracking material with CMPro database or equivalent databasesSecret clearance or the ability to obtain oneBachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree + 2 years of experience OR High School Diploma + 4 years of experience
Required Experience:
1 year of experience in the receipt, issue, movement, and shipment of materialsExperience in forklift operations Desired Qualifications

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
