MATERIALS SPECIALIST I Forklift Operator

Our client, a leader in the materials management industry, is seeking a Materials Specialist I Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Materials Specialist I, you will be part of the Materials Department supporting efficient shipping and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Materials Specialist I Forklift Operator
**Location:** OAK HARBOR, WA
**Pay Range: $18 p.h**
**What's the Job?**
+ Pick, inspect, and pack parts per pick ticket following 1 piece flow.
+ Build 10 packs and light kitting via work orders.
+ Manifest domestic and international shipments via freight carrier’s websites and TRAX system.
+ Conduct cycle counts at least twice a week.
+ Maintain finished goods warehouse cleanliness and organization.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum High School graduate or equivalent.
+ Demonstrate computer literacy.
+ Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
+ Possess a valid US Driver’s License.
+ Demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment.
