The Materials Supervisor is responsible for managing inventory accuracy and the incoming flow, receipts, issuance and shipments of materials. The Materials Supervisor also collaborates with other departments to determine supply needs, directs materials transfers and kitting and manages the shipping and receiving process. Responsible to support the development and maintenance inventory standards. Monitor and manage the adherence to inventory, shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or training. or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Minimum 2 years previous experience in supervisor/ team lead role in a manufacturing environment required.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business, manufacturing and materials communications and information. Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.,) in a business setting. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.Experience with materials functions in ERP/MRP systems required with SAP experience preferable Prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage
