Primary Responsibilities:

Join the engineering materials team, supporting the chemical obsolescence program and the digital transformation project within the Product Development department. Identification and mapping of special processes (collect and identify the use of dangerous substances) with the aim to populate materials, processes and parts database. Support the deployment of alternative manufacturing, galvanic and special processes solutions, to ensure compliance with the European Union regulation “REACh CE n° 1907/2006” on the hazardous / high risky chemical products.

Engage the local special processes cell and the designing team, addressing data collection and ensuring the best adherence between engineering and production teams during the mapping activity.

Qualifications:

Good Italian and English (written and oral)Advanced use of Microsoft Office PackageEngineering Bachelor Degree minimum, Master Degree preferredGood understanding of aerospace special processes, materials and treatments is preferred
