Pay Range: $83,000.00 – $110,673.33

Key Targets of the Role
The successful candidate will be immersed in a 24-month program designed to provide exposure, training, and hands-on experience in all aspects of the aggregates and concrete business including production, sales, maintenance, supervision, quality control and logistics.

What You'll Be Doing

Participate fully and actively in all assigned development activitiesApply knowledge and work collaboratively on various team projects related to training and developmentSupport the aggregate and concrete division in achieving production goals through partnering with experienced professionals and managers in different departments (safety, operations, human resources, environment, maintenance, quality control)Participate in daily and weekly production and maintenance meetingsLearn basic supervisory skills by working side by side with experienced supervisorsResponsible for reporting and tracking key performance indicators

What Are We Looking For

Post-secondary education with solid academic achievement in engineering, operations, manufacturing or a related fieldMust have a strong desire to work in a mining and Ready-mix manufacturing environment.  Prior Ready Mix or mining experience is a plusStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to be a self-starter and take initiativeAbility to adapt to change and respond well under pressureSolid interpersonal and leadership skillsIdeal candidate will have a strong desire to move into progressively more responsible roles and can relocate if required
