About the Role:
United Health Services, the largest and most comprehensive provider of healthcare services in upstate New York's Southern Tier, is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse, Maternity Unit to join our team at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. The Maternity and NB Nursery Unit is passionate about helping mother and baby bond the first few days of life. This unit provides physical and mental support in some of the most exciting times!
Schedule: 8 hour shifts
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting mother and baby during first few hours and days of lifeMonitoring vitals and acting accordinglyAdministering medications and providing patient educationWorking with OB and NICU (when needed)Qualifications:
A valid NY RN license 1 year med surg experience preferredLactation certification preferredStrong communication skills and ability to work in a teamPerks & Benefits:

Compensation: $40.70-$61.05 per hour, depending on experience.
Sign-On Bonus: This unit is eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
