Responsibilities

Mobility Assistance Vehicle Technicians (MAVTs) are responsible for transporting private patients and patients from skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities who are wheelchair bound or who are ambulatory but need assistance via devices. MAVTs are responsible for the safe transport and care of these patients throughout the duration of an appointment, doctor's office, dialysis treatments, physical therapy and/or other medically needed reasons.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

Current and valid Mobility Assistance Vehicle Technician certificationCurrent and valid Healthcare Provider BLS CPR cardValid Driver's LicenseCEVO certification must obtain within 3 months of hire and renew in 3 year periodHigh School Diploma or EquivalencyPrevious experience as an MAVT in preferredMust have a good driving history within the past 3 years
