The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network – Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. The Lone Wolf program boasts a professional workforce comprised of specialists throughout the Information Technology lifecycle and who contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities\: 
The duties and responsibilities of the Maximo Administrator include, but are not limited to, the following\:

Administer and maintain the IBM Maximo system, ensuring its optimal performance and availability for end users within the program. Develop, modify, and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, data extraction, and system performance. Manage database administration tasks, including backup, recovery, and performance tuning, ensuring data integrity and availability. Work closely with the logistics team to understand business requirements and configure Maximo to meet their needs. Utilize Java for Maximo customization and development, enhancing system capabilities. Design and generate BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) reports to meet business needs. Integrate Maximo with other systems, particularly ServiceNow, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Collaborate with other IT and logistics professionals to integrate Maximo with other systems, including ServiceNow. Perform regular system audits, apply patches, and implement upgrades to maintain system security and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Maximo and its associated databases. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Maximo and related tools. Regularly audit the Maximo system, apply necessary patches, and plan and implement system upgrades. Document system configurations, changes, and procedures to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team.

* Ability to meet or exceed DOD 8140/8570 IAT Level 3 requirements, to include CE certification (Sec minimum) Proficient in SQL for query development and optimization. Experience with Java programming, particularly in a Maximo environment. Familiarity with Cabana for Maximo customization. Strong skills in BIRT for report generation. Database administration experience, including backup and recovery processes. Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.  Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skills.   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.  

Clearance Required\: 

Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or SCI eligible 

Minimum Education\: 

High School Diploma

Minimum Years of Experience\: 

Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in Maximo administration with a strong understanding of SQL, Java, and BIRT.

Preferred\: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a logistics or supply chain environment. Maximo certification or relevant technical certifications.
