This role focuses on user support, issue resolution, system testing, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $28 - $38 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Provide daily support for Maximo users, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes. + Determine whether issues are training-related, data-related, or system-related. + Execute system testing for defect corrections and lifecycle validation. + Collaborate with teams to document design details and recommend system enhancements. + Assist with additional EAM applications and support needs during peak periods. **Experience Requirements:** + Experience with **Maximo** user support and software functionality. + Strong **Supply Chain knowledge** and experience. + Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems. + Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
