·Install, maintain, overhaul, calibrate and test a wide variety of industrial instrumentation that records, indicate, controls and regulate level, weight, flow, pressure, temperature and position.
· Remove old equipment and responsible for new equipment installation.
· Complete work orders associated with assigned equipment.
· Perform preventative maintenance of all assigned equipment to assure maximum equipment effectiveness.
· Assist in monitoring and communicating specific spare parts needs, utilizing Standard Operating Procedures in the removal and ordering of storeroom parts or supplies.
· Provides solutions to issues or opportunities that contribute to the operation in the areas of Quality, Safety and Productivity.
Qualifications:·High school diploma or equivalency
·Four years as an electrician apprentice or two years as an industrial electrician.
·Two years experience repairing and trouble-shooting high-speed production equipment.
·Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams or blueprint and/or other forms of engineering drawings.
·Basic computer skills and math knowledge
·Good communication skills and the ability to operate well in a team environment.
· The ability to stand on concrete floors for an extended period, climb narrow stairs or ladders repeatedly, work in confined spaces, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds during the shift.
· The ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Must be able to successfully complete required skills testing.
