Supervise and administer all initial placement tests; entry, interim and exit tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE); TABE for High School Diploma entry and other tests as required by the program. Counsel students regarding test results. Collects, generates and disseminates information regarding class attendance. Follow through with reports and sanctions to assist in a high percentage of class attendance. Schedules students into appropriate courses and develop Individual and Master Student schedules by acquiring information and input from appropriate departments.
Bachelor Degree desired.
OR
An Associate Degree with four years of para-professional classroom experience and office procedures experience reflecting computer skills and organizational ability is required. OR
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent and eight years of experience in testing and office procedures experience reflecting typing and organizational ability is required. Should be able to operate a variety of office machines and interface with staff and students in a mature, responsible manner.
