Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of short- and long-term strategies for the MBB category at the local level, considering sustainability and global brand guidelines. Accountability for the P&L, including profit growth initiatives and implementation of corrective actions. Develop the local branded portfolio strategy (Milka, Startbucks, Arla branded, and Private Label), driving brand and product launches , promotions, and digital transformation. Leading and further developing a highly motivated and high-performing team in the local market environment. Driving innovation by developing a long-term innovation strategy and collaborating with global and local teams.Qualifications:
Completed university degree in a relevant field. Proven expertise in category development, brand strategy, and digital marketing. Leverage category drivers and retailer/consumer insights to create growth for the category and our brands Solid knowledge of sustainability trends and their commercial application. Strong business and financial acumen, as well as strategic and creative thinking. Ability to lead in a matrix-organized environment with a focus on collaboration and team development.Benefits:
