To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Business / Function: E-Commerce** **Job Responsibilities:** + As the E-Commerce expert, you will lead the formulation and execution of the long-term strategic roadmap for the country in this channel – working closely with the leadership team. + You will be responsible for the brand’s online sales (both topline and PnL) and development of an excellent user experience and customer journey on the web. + Mentoring the team to build a formidable relationship with E-accounts to drive agreed business growth and turnover. + Scale direct-to-consumer online sales for the brand (as applicable) – while maintaining the brand experience and the broader brand strategy + Drive collaboration with technology and data teams to improve site performance and execute global best practices in the country. + Lead and negotiate annual agreements with E-accounts and finalize the Joint Business Plan (JBP) after coordination with multiple stakeholders. + Business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share. + You will manage media and promotions on the platforms, along with brands - make brands partners in customer communication. + You will innovate and activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence leading to business. + You will drive efficiency and effectiveness across supply chain and customer care through accuracy in demand forecasting and setting supply chain and logistics processes. **Key Deliverables:** + Business delivery of turnover and market share as agreed. + Aligned profitability of the Ecommerce channelExcellence in execution to drive superior customer experience. + Drive efficiency and effectiveness for all media and promotional campaignsBuilding a strong Ecommerce team and upskilling all key stakeholders in terms of their understanding of the new channel and its drivers **Key Competencies:** + A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaborationBuild and manage relationships. + Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines. + Business results oriented: ability to perform, to budget and manage forecast. + Proactive, positive and innovative mindStrong analytical, problem solving and project management skills. + Attention to detail and complex processes.Understanding of digital and tech is the key. **Summary:** + Responsible for overall sales of e-commerce across marketplaces. + To make sales plan and execute the regular and seasonal promotions. + Business Strategy for E-Commerce – Devise strategy to achieve the plan, sales monitoring, leverage both B2B and B2C channel to build omnichannel offering integrating dealers, distributors, and own stores. + Annual sales planning and monitoring with partners, Relationship management with agencies and partners, new channel partner identification and development in line with sales Strategy. + Product Management for Brand.Com (Website & applications) – Develop and leverage digital levers – UI/UX, Marketing banners, Assortment and product sequencing, personalization, AR/VR, etc. + Managing the Brand.Com-Taking decisions on Product assortment basis consumer insights, Understanding the Terms of trade, active participation in the resolution of legal and commercial issues of marketplaces. + Merchandising & Category ManagementDevelop exclusive product portfolio along with product and design team based on customer insights and trends on e-commerce channel. + Develop processes and system along with accounting, financial and commercial team to enable omnichannel commerce. + Drive customer experience by collaborating with technology team, commercial and financial teams. + Responsible for catalogue management and ensuring product related information is proper across all platforms and help in driving sales and engagement. **Additional Locations** : * Indonesia * Indonesia
