This position is onsite in Fort Worth\. **Business Analyst & Power User, MBSE CAMEO** Bell's Business Analyst & Power User, MBSE CAMEO is responsible for the coordination, development, management of business requirements and providing technical support to engineers utilizing Dassault Systemes' CATIA No Magic for modeling of systems and requirements and 3D Experience for Product Lifecycle Management\. You'll be able to hone your technical abilities on significant engineering problems within the tools, all while gaining experience in leadership and communication\. **What you'll be doing as a Business Analyst & Power User, MBSE CAMEO:** **Business Analyst:** Provide innovative concepts and best practices for Bell's CATIA No Magic and 3DEXPERIENCE tool set\. Develop, capture, manage, and maintain the integrity of MBSE process definition\. Provide input on continuous improvement initiatives\. Develop and maintain a 5\-year roadmap on the tools\. Use MBSE principles to assist with development of systems architecture\(s\) for the enterprise\. Assist with system\-of\-systems modeling, operations analysis, and requirements decomposition for development and production products\. Coordinate and execute testing for upgrades and new functionality Coordinate with various IPTs for functional use and test cases\. **Power User:** Provide CATIA No Magic and 3DEXPERIENCE technical support across the engineering lifecycle\. Provide end user mentoring, troubleshooting and problem resolution\. Act as a liaison between IT and Dassault Systemes for technical support for CATIA No Magic and 3DEXPERIENCE\. **Provide training to reviewers and designers in CATIA No Magic** Manage/Monitor access to the CAMEO Modeler licenses **Qualifications** **Skills You Bring To this Role:** Experience at all levels will be considered with a minimum of 5 years work experience developing business processes for engineering\-intensive businesses in Systems Engineering\. Positions at various Engineering levels will be offered, depending on experience\.Minimum 2 years of experience developing models using Dassault Systemes CATIA No Magic conforming to SysML or UML\.At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer\.Familiarity with 3D Experience Requirements ManagementFamiliarity with aerospace design and verification processes to include requirements development, functions development, validation and verification for conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design\.The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, as well as horizontal integrations across the other teams\.The ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to coordinate systems engineering processes and best practices\.The ability to collaborate with multiple support functions \(engineering \- all disciplines, manufacturing, IT, integrated operations\), customers, suppliers, and partners from different locations\.The ability to work effectively within a team and drive tasks to closure that are high in quality and technically accurate\. **What you need to be successful:** We are looking for inquisitive and driven engineers with a passion to innovate\.Bachelor's degree with a Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software, or Systems Engineering\.
