岗位：MCE创新渠道负责人

统管新兴渠道、商业集团总部对接及患者援助项目等方面工作，带领团队与相关部门合作，积极推动策略落地，建立新渠道有效运营模式。

您的机会：

制定新渠道创新业务策略

根据公司战略目标，布局新渠道准入整体战略规划，符合行业准入和渠道发展趋势。拓展电子商务、TPA商业客户等新兴准入渠道，建立有效运营模式。与三大经销商集团总部对接，协调资源，加强深化合作关系。

患者准入管理

根据公司战略目标，制定患者援助业务的战略，并带领团队落地实施。

负责团队发展和人员管理

进行日常人员与业务管理，率领团队制定并执行计划。吸引和选拔拥有正确思维、能力和背景的高效多样化团队。培养并打造注重绩效和影响力的团队文化，以实现公司愿景和创新工作方法。发展员工，建立团队人才梯队。确保团队按照公司合规要求和国家法律法规开展业务。

我们期待您：

大学及以上学历，优先考虑医药相关专业。具备医药行业市场推广、准入、咨询等相关岗位经历。具备战略思维、商业敏锐度、政策理解和行业洞察力、创新及变革管理、跨部门沟通与团队管理。
