HOW A MCiS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and maintenance of all individual Mission Command Information Systems trainingCertifies all MCiS personnel on primary Mission Command Information SystemsResponsible for cross training MCiS personnel on alternate Mission Command Information SystemsUpdate Programs of InstructionAccount for and maintain all Mission Command Information Systems equipmentCoordinate and deconflict all Mission Command Information System training (to include assignment of instructor support)Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on Mission Command Information Systems training, as well as the status of systems and updatesThis is a people manager and task manager positionAttend necessary meetings, planning conferences, IPR’s, and AAR in support of the organization’s missionParticipates in special projects as requiredWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BS/BA or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or trainingRequired Experience: 5+ years of related experience; military experience preferred; MTC experience preferredRequired Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of all individual Mission Command and Control Information Systems i.e CPCE, JBC-P, JCR, AFATDS, TAIS, AMDWS etc and their functional operations; expert understanding of server and security management; proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers; understanding of database management systems (SQL); expert understanding of network configurationSecurity Clearance Level: SECRET clearanceRequired Skills and Abilities: Superb presentation and communication skills; Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs; Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter; ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues; understanding of systems integration; Customer centric focusedLocation: On Customer Site / some travel required to other customer sites in the AoRGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:

The likely salary range for this position is $88,275 - $101,516. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location.
