HOW AN MCIS TRAINER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Plans, coordinates, and executes individual Mission Command Information Systems trainingAssists unit leadership in planning individual training that will meet training objectives; identifies any gaps and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of trainingUpdate Programs of InstructionMaintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPsProvide work leadership for lower level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programsProvides guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructorsParticipates in special projects as requiredWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BS/BA or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or trainingRequired Experience: 5+ years of related experience; military experience preferred; MTC experience preferredRequired Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of all Command and Control Information Systems i.e CPCE, JBC-P, JCR, AFATDS, TAIS, AMDWS etc and their functional operations; basic understanding of server management; basic understanding of network configurationSecurity Clearance Level: SECRET clearanceRequired Skills and Abilities: Superb presentation and communication skills; Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs; Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter; ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues; Customer service focusedLocation: On Customer Site / some travel required to other customer sites in the AoRGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:

The likely salary range for this position is $63,750 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location.
