MD/DO Gynecologic Oncology Physician

Gundersen Health System, based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is seeking a  motivated BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist physician to lead care and join our team.

You will join 15 Ob/Gyn physician colleagues, an advanced Gynecological surgeon, along with a team of cancer specialists.

Practice Highlights:

*Close relationship with Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology with strong interdisciplinary support throughout the organization

*Large referral base, with a  catchment area of over 600,000 in NE Iowa, SE Minnesota and SW Wisconsin

*Research opportunity available through our Gundersen Medical Foundation

*Surgical Suites including da Vinci robotics

*Teaching organization, we are the Western Campus of University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health

*The position requires you to only cover one hospital and telemedicine opportunities are available

* Our Cancer Center is accredited by the Commission of Cancer

*11 Adult Hematology/Oncologist

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated.   In addition, must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.  Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians.   Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.  Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
