What the day will look like
+ Leading the Transaction Advisory Solutions (“TAS”) business across Asia, you will be responsible for all Transaction Advisory Solutions business planning, budgets, strategy, execution along with regional and global management reporting. This includes overall responsibility for financial performance, clients and colleagues.
+ Achieve the TAS budgets and business plans and execute a strategic growth plan for TAS in Asia.
+ Responsible for the financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring the portfolio meets key measures of success including agreed KPI's for client retention, expansion and roll-over, client profitability and budget performance.
+ Lead the build out of the TAS business in Asia focused on but not limited to, Risk & Insurance, Digital (Cyber, IP and Technology), ESG (Climate), Credit, Financial Lines (D&O, POSI), Portfolio Value Creation.
+ Empower results for our corporate and financial sponsor clients by delivering innovative and effective TAS solutions in a variety of M&A scenarios.
+ Focus on all TAS existing clients and new business opportunities.
+ Identifying and overseeing delivery of consultancy services, generating revenue on a standalone basis and leading to the use of Aon Risk Capital and Human Capital solutions.
+ Lead the evaluation, structuring and execution of TAS solutions in Asia, leverage the broader Aon business in Aon.
+ Sell complex services/solutions into M&A deals, investment portfolio and carve-out/integrations (in conjunction with Human Capital), for our corporate and financial sponsor clients.
+ Identify, develop and cultivate prospects for TAS and position Aon to win the work for consultancy-led projects that lead towards the use of Risk Capital and Human Capital solutions.
+ Partner regional and country specialty and service teams to deliver the widest practical range of products and services available from Aon to the TAS client base, and to maximise all opportunities for interdependency across the Aon companies.
+ Work with country operations and management in the selection, training, development and motivation of in-country staff, and the establishment and delivery of best practice service standards to the TAS client base.
+ Work with key ECLs, SAMs and Growth resources to support business development and profitable growth via new and / or retained and / or expanded business for the TAS business.
+ Proactively collaborate with Global, Regional, Country Management and Aon Service Teams to deliver the widest practice range of insurance solutions and services available from Aon to Clients (including cross selling across TAS and Aon more broadly)
+ Develop the TAS business within existing country operations and to maximise the effectiveness of the Aon Asia regional network.
+ Uphold and reinforce the Aon values and compliance standards through your leadership.
+ Lead the development and management of senior client relationships for the TAS business ensuring that the key services provided by the team are delivered in accordance with client’s needs, business strategy and market/industry compliance.
+ Lead Client Account Management activities including embedding the Client Promise processes for every account and ensuring Client Profitability and where necessary proactively drive the ‘Return to Profitability’ for affected accounts.
+ Contribute to and drive business development and growth plans for TAS through the provision of technical advisory, placement support, project management/coordination and / or risk and insurance consulting services.
+ Drive contributions to Tender responses for new, existing and expanded business opportunities for the TAS business.
+ Drive the delivery of thought leadership and industry technical expertise to client, prospects and colleagues; Identifying and keeping up to date with trends in the TAS business and ensuring knowledge sharing, mentoring and training of colleagues.
+ Work with the Client Services team to ensure program and placement administration and support is completed in accordance with Aon protocols and client expectations.
+ Lead and implement the people strategy for the TAS team, aligning, coaching and guiding the team to ensure it is positioned optimally to deliver excellent client experience and business performance (including workforce planning, talent pipeline, talent acquisition, performance management and talent development activities).
+ Responsible for ensuring that all client services and solutions are in compliance with MAS regulations and Aon Company Policy and Guidelines
