The Role
Veeva Network is a comprehensive Master Data Management (MDM) solution that helps life sciences companies manage critical product and customer data. Veeva OpenData is a customer reference database offering access to more than 16 million healthcare professional and organization profiles.Our solutions enable faster go-to-market and more informed customer engagement across the commercial landscape. As our client base continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled MDM Technical Architect to lead complex enterprise-level implementations across Veeva Network and OpenData.You will work closely with commercial life sciences customers to design, implement, and optimize robust MDM architectures. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and strong communication skills to guide customers through their data transformation journey.What You’ll DoDesign and deliver MDM architectures using Veeva Network, covering data modeling, integration, governance, and data qualityOwn project delivery for enterprise clients, from initial scoping through deployment and post-go-live supportCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable solutionsCreate detailed technical documentation, including data models, architecture diagrams, and integration specificationsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partnersSupport change management activities to drive adoption of MDM best practicesBuild and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholdersContribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks
Requirements5+ years of experience in MDM, data integration, and data governance within complex enterprise environmentsStrong consulting background with proven ability to architect and implement MDM solutionsHands-on experience with platforms such as Veeva Network, Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similarDeep expertise in data modeling, data quality, integration technologies (SOAP/REST), and governance methodologiesFamiliarity with CRM ecosystems and enterprise data domains (e.g., customer, HCP/HCO, product)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiencesAbility to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignmentsWillingness to travel as neededNice to HaveExperience working in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Consumer Health sectorsFamiliarity with OpenData and integration of third-party reference dataCertification from a CRM or MDM software vendorHands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, SQL, ETL tools, or web services technologiesExposure to integration frameworks, user authentication methods, or batch data processesAdditional European language(s)Perks & BenefitsAnnual allocations for charitable contributionsFitness reimbursementWork anywhere#RemoteUK
