DUTIES:

Maintaining & updating all care plans and assessments as requiredMonitoring & auditing clinical records, ensuring accuracy & timelinessInforming DON of persistent issues related to non-compliant documentationProtecting the confidentiality of Resident & Facility information at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
