Job Responsibilities:

Complete and manage MDS assessments per regulatory guidelines Ensure accuracy in clinical documentation to support reimbursement and care planningWork closely with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to optimize resident outcomesMonitor quality measures and compliance with federal and state regulations

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license in OhioExperience with MDS, RAI process, and LTC reimbursement  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
