Spearhead MDS assessments, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulationsCollaborate with a stellar interdisciplinary team for accurate documentation and care plansPerform thorough resident assessments and maintain comprehensive recordsWork closely with administration, healthcare professionals, families, and consultants  to deliver outstanding careStay up-to-date on regulatory changes and implement best practices for compliance  Requirements

 What You’ll Bring:
