Your mission, roles and responsibilities The role of a PPLTL&VAVE is to implementation of the production of new products/projects in a production plant. He/she is responsible for optimizing the product and its process within the product engineering department.The main missions of the role are:
Lead and participate in projects in the industrialization phase and manage schedule and capacity for parts production.Plan receive and validate/optimize assembly devices, tolls and equipment’s.Participate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process analysis.Follow-up targets for the KPI`S and work packages of products and process development.Support the launch of new products.Introduce product know-how to the program core teamAssure all objectives in terms of costs, deliveries and quality for new projects to launch.Responsible for all new projects accuracy data (BOM`s, Routings, Drawings,.)Responsible to identify opportunities of productivities that will lead to costs reductions in terms of Process, Product, MOD, Manufacturing, in order to ensure budget VAVE targets;Pilot PDCA’s and ensure its implementation together with the operational teams to achieve the costs reductions opportunities.Ensure the accurate reports of Plant’s VAVE global status maintaining update informationEnsure the follow-up of product engineering changes with ECR’s team;Organized workshop, brainstorming and studies with multifunctional teams in order to identify new VAVE actions;Your profile and competencies to succeedDegree in Engineering or others related.
Ideally minimum 2,3 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial environment ((ideally in the automotive industry)
