Your Task and responsibilities
Field presence:
High level solution demonstrations and pre-sales activities to support sales targets across MEA and increase customer awareness. Assisting the sales and application team for technical and clinical features of General Imaging & Women’s Health ultrasound systems and solutions. Focus on clinical conditions to help answering them better. Build up advanced and effective relationship with Key Opinion Leaders, and reference sites across MEA. Regular visits and knowledge update about our solutions to improve their experience and gather strong arguments for marketing. Knowledge transfer to Business Partners, to increase their autonomy in GI and Women’s Health market. Shadow training and classroom training to be conducted regularly. Participation in congress and clinical workshops to promote our latest technologies and offering. (based on a “return on investment” approach) Contribute to Local General Imaging and Women’s Health Clinical publication or articles / Testimonial / White paper
Strategy:
Competitive intelligence specific to MEA markets - adapting EMEA/Global information to local activities and feeding back information to EMEA/Global.Clinical trends analysis in MEA markets – understanding of the local needs and adapting the EMEA/Global information to local markets. Setting up specific GI & Women’s Health GTM strategies to increase market penetration and market share in MEA countries. Creating content for marketing, communication or education around the GI and Women’s Health portfolio and activities. Maintaining an up-to-date list of KOL and reference site to support the sales team in their activities.
Internal presence:
Insure knowledge transfer internally, to both the Ultrasound and the Multi-Modality teams. Focus on how to promote GI and Women’s Health US solutions by presenting and convincing about our clinical and operational arguments. Develop local answers to address market needs. Participate in product, Image quality and datasheet improvement efforts, by collecting and sharing feedback with Global team. Feedback needs to reflect MEA specific needs. Collaborate with other modalities and business line (Advanced Therapies, Point of Care, Varian, etc..) to find synergies and offer a joint solution to MEA customers.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Biomedical engineering or imaging degree from reputable university or college, Proven minimum 5 years of successful experience with General Imaging and Women’s Health Ultrasound Market (Sonographer, technician or application related roles), Scanning experience will be needed. An excellent Communication and customer interaction skills, Good training skills, to be able to share knowledge and experience with local distributor teams Must be able to travel 50% of the time throughout the assigned MEA region, Fluent English, both written and spoken (interview will be conducted in English) Spoken Arabic and/or French are a plus. Dynamic, Confident to present to groups of people and Team Player, ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams. Persistence and result orientation, especially in challenging business conditions Ability to be highly adaptable to complexity and change with accuracy and attention to details.
