This role requires a strong business acumen and excellent project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to drive monobrand channel expansion, optimising channel performance through rationalisation, and identifying new growth opportunities to enhance our market presence. - Lead and execute business development projects, ensuring timely and successful outcome. Foster strong relationships across departments to support seamless communication and collaboration. - Collaborate with regional and country teams, and key external stakeholders to develop and enhance channel and process establishments to scale coverage in agreed territories aligned with business needs. - Track to ensure timely and high-quality execution of the programs and channel initiatives. Responsible for developing key actions in order to enhance program performance, program quality and impact in the region. - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and creatively solves problems while executing flawlessly to deliver program’s objectives. - Ensure high level of planning, tracking and management reporting against plan is also important aspects of the role.Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsStrong background in retail operations and franchise management role across multiple markets.Used to work in a matrix environment with extensive collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.Understands the key tenets of branding, pays outstanding attention to details and have a passion for Apple’s ecosystem.Existing knowledge of the Middle-East and Africa consumer markets and the key players is a plus.You understand there are many moving parts in an organisation. Navigating the interdependencies within Apple is needed for success. Understanding how business financials work, and strategies for sustaining profitable growth, are key to staying ahead of the competition.
