Meal Loader – Enderlin, ND
This is an hourly level position.
Position Summary:
This is a full-time hourly (non-union) position at a Sunflower, Canola and Soybean Oil Processing facility. Work is on rotating shifts with the possibility of overtime and regular weekend work.
Shifts rotate between 6 AM to 6 PM (Day Shift) and 6 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift) with 4 days on – 4 days off.
Job Responsibilities:
Job duties include, but are not limited to:Loading meal into trucks and railcars while safely operating equipment and providing quality product to the customersWill be trained to work in a quality controlled GMP environmentBe able to read scales, correctly weigh, sample and use ADM Weigh systemDaily equipment checks to ensure equipment is functioning and maintainedGeneral housekeeping of your work area, including GMP and MSS tasks.Identify issues and troubleshoot solutions in designated areaOperation of rail movers and railcar vehicles following rail safety program.Physical work out in the elements. Ability to meet these physical requirements such as prolonged kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, shoveling, sweeping and ability to lift 50 pounds unassistedAbility to clearly, concisely communicate rail movementsAbility to work from heightsAbility to cover vacations, overtime, and other operational gaps on an as-needed basis.Required Skills:Ability to clearly, concisely communicate rail movementsAbility to work from heightsPrior experience operating a forklift/pay loader/skid-steer/railcar mover is preferredMust exhibit regular and prompt attendance.This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life and dental insurance.
