Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience working with data infrastructure and data models by performing exploratory queries and scripts.
+ 5 years of experience coding in one or more programming languages, and designing data pipelines, and dimensional data modeling for synch and asynch system integration and implementation using internal and external stacks.
+ 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 5 years of experience developing project plans and delivering projects on time within budget and scope.
+ 5 years of experience partnering with stakeholders (e.g., users, partners, customer), and managing stakeholders/customers.
+ 5 years of experience with statistical methodology and data consumption tools such as business intelligence tools, collabs, jupyter notebooks, Tableau, Power BI, DataStudio, and business intelligence platforms.
+ 3 years of experience with Machine Learning for production workflows.
As a Measurement Reach Data Manager on the YouTube Measurement Infrastructure Partner Engineering team, you will hire and lead a team of Analysts and Technical Solutions Consultant Data Engineers to support technical partner relationships for Measurement Partner Engineering, and all of YouTube Partner Engineering with non-partner facing data projects.
In this role, you and your team will have the opportunity to design and implement data pipeline solutions combining data from multiple internal and external data sources. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and functionality of these pipelines, and ensuring the needs of our cross-functional stakeholders are met.

+ Hire and lead team of data engineers and analysts to support partner relationships and global non-partner facing technical and problem-solving work.
+ Manage YouTube data feeds and provide ongoing technical support to internal partners for a wide range of YouTube’s viewership metrics initiatives.
+ Provide infrastructure solutions for external audience measurement partner integrations.
+ Guarantee the technical aspects of YouTube viewership data integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing technical guidance and documentation.
+ Write and maintain lines of code (Python, C++, etc.) to support your own medium to Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines.
