For our Site in Dortmund we are now looking for a Measurement Technician in Quality Control (M/F/T)

Your tasks:

Creating programs on numerically controlled measuring machines

Inspection of production parts according to specifications (inspection plan, drawing, work plan) using various measuring equipment

Inspection of the associated documentation

Recognizing and documenting defective parts with evaluation of possible reworking

Preparation of quality deviation reports as specified by the supervisor

Forwarding the defective parts to production for reworking

Forwarding of the quality deviation reports to the purchasing / design / AV departments

Creation of test reports from the results of the measurements

Incoming goods inspection of purchased parts. Reviewing the documentation for completeness.

Your profile:

Skilled worker in a machining profession

Knowledge of industrial measurement technology

Knowledge of programming and operating coordinate measuring machines

Aukom training and experience with Zeiss Calypso desirable

Ability to work in a team, motivation, commitment
