Measurements Process Technician III
Job Description The Measurements Process Technician III works independently to support R&D engineers, scientists, and teams in developing and analyzing products, materials, processes, or equipment. Key responsibilities include developing dimensional measurement methods for medical device products, programming and operating various measurement systems (e.g., Keyence IM, Keyence LM, Visicon, SmartScope, CMM, CT Scanner), and creating measurement recipes. The role requires interpreting prints, understanding GD&T inspection requirements, analyzing data using tools like Microsoft Excel and Minitab, conducting experiments and GR&R tests, designing fixtures with CAD software (Solidworks preferred), and documenting processes and results. Strong teamwork skills are essential, as the technician collaborates with engineers, technicians, and operators to achieve project goals with minimal oversight .We can pay between $22.45 - $25.23 per hour We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
