Essential Job Duties:   

Knowledge of and adheres to federal inspection regulations.Ability to identify all meat products by name.Safely operate all models of meat wrappers.Responsible for accurate and correct pricing, tare weights, unit count and counts of meat product.Insure quality of appearance and wrapping of all meat products.Adhere to all safety regulations and practicesProvide a safe work environment for all associates.Knowledge of and adheres to all state and local health requirements.Provides good personal hygiene.Performs additional duties as assigned to meet demands of daily production scheduling.Performs duties of lower classifications as needed.Responsible for production quality.Ensure all tools and supplies needed to get the job done are availableNotify Lead when issues ariseResponsible for sanitation of work areasAssures compliance with all company safety rulesFollow and monitor proper safety equipment usage and safety practicesFollow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements.Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF System.Accountable to Denver Processing Food Safety and Quality Principles.

Physical Requirements:   

Standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping, crouching, kneeling intermittently.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Be able to work in cold conditions
