**Job Summary** The person will be responsible for the execution of maintenance of all manufacturing equipment within plant. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities:** + Perform planned maintenance Mechanical, Electronics, Automation Controls and Computerized Numerically Control (CNC)/Numerically Control (NC) as required on weekly and monthly schedules while minimizing impact to manufacturing operation by executing concepts such as bundling, pick lists, kitting and SMED. + Perform unplanned maintenance of Mechanical, Electronics, Automation Controls and Computerized Numerically Control (CNC)/Numerically Control(NC) while minimizing impact to manufacturing operation by following prioritization scheme based on asset criticality, work order type and work order aging. + Perform condition based maintenance checks when required by maintenance plan. + Comply with required documentation of work in the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System, including documentation of work performed, Work Order Type, Fault Codes, Spare Parts Usage and Labor Hours (wrench time) + Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices requirements. + Cmply with store roo requirements for withdrawal of spare parts. + Perform Mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting and repairs. + Perform root cause Analysis of chronic machine problems. + Participate in daily maintenance Gemba. + Participate in periodic metrics discussion meetings. + Generate and perform continuous improvements to equipment as approved by supervisor. + Support EHS program by generating and implementing "Good Saves". + Perform cycle counts of spare parts inventory when required by supervisor. + Participate in skills development iniciatives as agreed with supervisor. + Perform other duties/jobs that may be assigned by your suppervisor. **Expected areas of competence** + Must have ability to read and interpret sketches, diagrams and blueprints. + Computer literate - MS Office + Teamwork and customer focus oriented. Self-starter and iniciative + Read and oral English/Spanish communication skills is required. **Education/Experience requirements** + **Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Mechanics** + **One (1) year experience. Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors troubleshooting, pumps repair, and conveyor systems** + **Experience on large CNC/NC controls preferred** + **Experience troubleshooting sophisticated industrial equipment** + **Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) knowledge is a plus** + **Must have experience with hand tools and operating machine tool** **Pay Details:** $15.00 to $15.70 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include short-term disability and additional voluntary benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
