As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for providing mechanical integrity engineering support for their GOM Mechanical Integrity Program. Role Overview
Oversight of GOM mechanical integrity inspection and repair programs for offshore topsides fixed equipment. Conduct fitness-for-service calculations and thickness requirements for pressure vessels, exchangers, tanks, and piping per API/ASME and National Board standards. Coordinate and execute Add/Change/Deletes to MI documentation and IDMS data management. Provide guidance and direction to offshore inspectors. Perform engineering analysis of inspection results and determine integrity alarm level. Develop and implement integrity recommendations and corrective actions. Ensure all inspection tasks are updated appropriately in the IDMS. Implement APM/SAP workflows for the execution of Mechanical Integrity Program tasks.Skills & Qualifications
Fixed equipment engineering expertise. Knowledge of asset integrity and complex piping design. Experience with mechanical integrity engineering, inspection, and repair programs. Familiarity with fitness-for-service calculations and thickness requirements per API/ASME and National Board standards. Proficiency in IDMS data management. Ability to implement APM/SAP workflows for task execution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving abilities.Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in roles such as Asset Integrity, Fixed Equipment, Mechanical Integrity, and Maintenance Engineers. Experience in refined chemical plants is preferred.Pay & Benefits
