Inspect, report malfunctions, and make repairs to HVAC equipment and related systems; maintain electrical power for lighting and equipment, detect malfunctions, and perform electrical repair and installation; make repairs to equipment and physical facilities.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required
Education/Licensure: High school graduate or GED required, two years trade school, college or equivalent preferred; some licensing or certification preferred .
Experience: three years experience or comparable combination of education and experience in maintenance preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of safety codes; ability to communicate effectively; ability to use hand and power tools; ability to maintain records; must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
