We're looking for qualified and experienced fleet technicians to diagnose, repair, and perform daily safety inspections on vehicles and equipment. Vacation Pay: minimum of 2 weeksSick Pay: 48 hours per yearHoliday Pay 7 days per year after 90 days of employment Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage within 60 days of employment.401K Retirement BenefitsLife InsuranceCompany-paid ASE testing ASE Reimbursement Opportunities for career growth and development.  Annual Boot ReimbursementAnnual Tool ReimbursementBenefits may vary depending on location policyKey Responsibilities:Performs transit vehicle maintenance that is compliant with Transdev standards and RTD.Inspects, diagnoses, services and/or repairs all assigned transit vehicles and related mechanical equipment.  Ensures accurate upgrades and/or modifications on coach systems, road calls, and on-the-road repairs as needed.Coaches and monitors team members on the work teamOther duties as required. Schedule:Shift Hours: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AMWork Schedule: 4 days a week (10-hour shifts)Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years’ experience with heavy duty diesel Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.Must have knowledge of Cummins In-Site program and functions.Must have in-depth computer knowledge to be able to scan and diagnose trouble codes. ASE certifications required; ASE certification program provided. Excellent communication skills with ability to read, interpret safety documents, blueprints, schematics, and other mechanical diagrams.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
